UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for user-centered design principles and have the ability to deliver engaging digital experiences. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces that meet our users’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and establish user personas to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides to ensure consistency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
