UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for user-centered design principles and have the ability to deliver engaging digital experiences. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces that meet our users’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to conceptualize and explore new design strategies.
• Map out user journeys and identify potential pain points in the user experience.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations.
• Adapt and refine designs based on user feedback and test results.
• Ensure designs are accessible and consider user diversity and inclusivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision
• User Testing

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Mobile Application Design: Hands-on experience with designing for mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Motion Design: Understanding of motion design principles to enhance user experiences.
