Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Implement cost control measures and financial efficiencies.
• Provide guidance on financial decisions and reporting to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Honours degree in Accounting is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the accounting industry

Technical Skills

• Budgeting
• Reporting Standards

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Team Player

Certifications

• CIMA or equivalent
• MBA is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of IFRS: Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience in Internal Auditing: Prior experience in internal auditing processes is a bonus.
