Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic support team in Durban. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure that our clients receive excellent service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights on improving service delivery.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits on IT systems and software.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications in IT support are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
