Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in Pretoria. This role involves handling a range of administrative tasks, assisting in recruitment processes, and promoting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in HR and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain and enhance the HR information system.
  • Assist in administering employee benefit programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports.
  • Help create and distribute HR-related communications.
  • Support the HR Manager in policy development.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives for HR purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Degree in Human Resources is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in HR
