The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the recruitment process, identifying talent, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment drives for various sectors, focusing on quality placements.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Engage with candidates regularly to build relationships and gain insights.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to clients on salary trends and candidate availability.
• Facilitate and conduct candidate assessments and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
• Manage the recruitment database and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting job openings through various channels.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Relevant certifications in recruitment are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
