Job Description

As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity. Your expertise will help shape the learning culture within the organization, ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training plans based on organizational goals and employee feedback.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions both onsite and virtually.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes to senior management.
  • Advocate for a learning culture by promoting training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and consultants as needed.
  • Evaluate and select training vendors and manage the training budget.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events and workshops.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or Human Resources is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or Learning and Development
