Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Guest Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our guests in Cape Town. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for ensuring guest satisfaction, this role is for you. You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Handle all aspects of guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the management team to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and functions.
  • Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
  • Assist with training new staff members.
  • Foster a friendly and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel or guest services

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational
