Job Description

Join our team as a Real Estate Agent where you will leverage your knowledge of the Cape Town property market to guide clients through the buying and selling process. You'll manage listings, engage in marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the process.
• Organize and conduct property showings and open houses.
• Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients.
• Manage client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
• Research and analyze property values and market conditions.
• Develop marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers.
• Network with other agents and industry professionals.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
• Attend industry events to expand professional connections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
• Real Estate License

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
