Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Solutions, you will play a critical role in patient care. You'll be tasked with managing prescriptions, providing medication therapies, and fostering healthy relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications to patients and caregivers.
• Provide medication counselling and educate patients on appropriate use.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust medication therapies as needed.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking medications.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct regular health screenings and immunization services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
