As a Nurse at HealthCare Services in Durban, you will be an integral part of our patient care team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating with various medical departments, and supporting patients through their recovery journey. Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and evaluate patient health.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse Manager.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Prepare and assist during medical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Participate in training and mentorship of junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialization in Critical Care Nursing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a critical care setting

Technical Skills

• Critical Care Knowledge
• Ventilator Management

Soft Skills

• Stress Management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• PALS Certification
• Nursing Administration Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Certification in Nursing Informatics: Preference for candidates with nursing informatics training.
• Bilingual candidates preferred: Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans or Zulu is an advantage.
