You will be responsible for designing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and prototype new mechanical designs.
• Provide engineering support for production processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in project development.
• Document engineering specifications and procedures.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for team members.
• Maintain a focus on sustainable practices in engineering solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Autodesk Inventor
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with project management methodologies: Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management approaches.
• Proven track record in product development: Experience taking concepts from ideation to successful production.
