Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our Port Elizabeth location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high standards in guest services, and managing staff effectively to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily activities of the hotel staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service quality.
  • Handle guest relations, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
  • Manage the hotel's financial performance, focusing on profitability.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Engage with the local community to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor compliance with licensing and health regulations.
  • Create guest experience strategies that align with hotel objectives.
  • Prepare reports for management regarding operational performance.
