Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Event Manager to orchestrate captivating events across Johannesburg. In this role, you will lead event planning from conception to execution, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients’ vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design event layouts and ensure they align with branding and client expectations.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
• Handle any issues that arise during the event in a calm and professional manner.
• Analyze data from past events to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management roles

• Event Technology Tools

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Fluency in other languages: Knowledge of additional South African languages is a plus.
• Experience with Corporate Events: Proven experience in managing corporate events and conferences.
