Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with mental health issues. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans and support our clients on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations.
  • Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Lead therapeutic groups focused on various mental health topics.
  • Document treatment sessions and client progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with social workers and medical professionals.
  • Develop risk assessments and crisis intervention plans.
  • Advocate for client needs and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Stay updated on the latest research in mental health treatment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Specialization in Child Psychology is advantageous

  • 4+ years of clinical experience
