Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will lead and supervise construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing budgets, overseeing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction teams to perform required tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and provide solutions to any emerging problems.
  • Attend project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Review and approve project bids, budgets, and schedules.
  • Implement and manage project risks to minimize delays.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in construction or project management
Technical Skills
  • Construction Software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera)
