Job Description

As a Toolman, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of tools and equipment used across various industries. Your expertise in handling mechanical tasks will ensure the safe and efficient operation of essential tools. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, with a strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair tools and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating tools.
• Order replacement parts and keep accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Document maintenance and repairs for tracking purposes.
• Work closely with team members to improve repair processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Trade certification as a Toolman is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in tool maintenance.
