Seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our Bloemfontein office. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are achieved effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise construction staff and subcontractors.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
Coordinate material and equipment procurement.
Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and resolve any delays.
Prepare project performance reports for management.
Enhance processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management are preferred

6+ years in a managerial role within construction
