The ideal candidate will have a background in process improvement, data analysis, and project management. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute process optimization projects across various departments.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Utilize simulation tools to model and enhance production processes.
• Interpret complex datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
• Design and conduct experiments to improve production methods.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in production lines.
• Facilitate workshops with staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all engineering processes meet relevant quality standards.
• Assist management in strategic decision-making through insightful analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in industrial processes
