We are seeking a skilled Auditor to join our Johannesburg team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting financial audits, examining records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with clients to provide recommendations and insights that drive operational improvements. The right candidate will have a solid grounding in auditing practices and a commitment to upholding the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of financial statements and accounts.
• Evaluate compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in financial operations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors as necessary.
• Assist in the development of risk management plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing best practices.
• Train and mentor junior auditing staff.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with audit regulations.
• Participate in special projects related to audit and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (e.g., CA(SA), ACCA) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or accounting
