We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process design, optimization, and safety protocols, contributing to the development and improvement of our chemical processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for project execution.
• Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to validate processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives in process engineering.
• Support production staff in troubleshooting and optimizing chemical operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in process engineering or similar roles

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages
