Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs and provide technical support throughout project life cycles.
• Analyze existing structures and propose renovation or enhancement plans.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Create detailed design documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments for structural designs and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate communication between clients and project teams to enhance satisfaction.
• Implement best practices regarding safety and sustainability in designs.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and engineering interns.
• Review project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design

• Revit
• Project Management Software
