Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline for our valued customers. You will solve inquiries, provide information, and deliver support across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide solutions and actionable insights to customers.

  • Support the introduction of new product offerings to customers.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and track through to resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
