We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in logistics, procurement, and demand planning to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct supply chain operations to ensure effective logistics management.
• Collaborate with procurement to source suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Implement inventory management best practices.
• Analyze market trends to forecast demand and supply chain needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align supply chain strategies.
• Supervise logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods.
• Generate regular performance reports for executive leadership.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience
