Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire logistics cycle from procurement to delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance and logistics service providers.
• Conduct regular audits on logistics processes.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
• Lead logistics projects to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role

• Logistics Strategy Development
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Proficient in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and shipments.
