Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is passionate about delivering excellent technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ IT systems operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Assist in maintaining server health and backups.
• Perform regular maintenance on IT infrastructure to ensure performance.
• Collaborate with IT team to recommend process improvements.
• Provide support for hardware upgrades and replacements.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certification in IT Support (e.g., CompTIA A+)

Experience

• 2+ years of practical experience in an IT support role

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• Help Desk Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM): Ability to manage and support mobile devices securely.
• Experience with virtualization technologies: Knowledge of virtualization software such as VMware or Hyper-V.
