Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to support our contract management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and assisting in negotiations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract lifecycle from drafting to execution.
  • Ensure timely reviews and approvals of contracts.
  • Conduct audits of contracts and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Draft reports on contract status and compliance findings.
  • Develop templates and guidelines for contract processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving contract procedures.
  • Support dispute resolution and negotiation processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Contract Administration
  • Master's in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within contract management
