Job Description

We are searching for a reliable Chore Worker to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will perform various tasks including cleaning, gardening, and handyman duties to ensure our clients' properties are always well-maintained. This role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and overall property appeal.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Cleaning equipment and tools after use to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Assisting with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Adapting to varying tasks as required by the facilities being managed.
• Engaging with clients and visitors to maintain a professional demeanor.
• Documenting daily activities and reporting issues to the supervisor.
• Supporting other team members in achieving facility management goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Any additional training in maintenance or cleaning is a plus

Experience

• Experience with gardening and landscaping advantageous
