As an Intellectual Property Lawyer at Legal Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' intellectual property rights. You will provide legal advice, draft contracts, and handle any disputes related to IP matters. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IP policies for clients.
• Liaise with external counsel and consultants when necessary.
• Draft and negotiate licensing agreements and IP transfers.
• Monitor competitors for potential IP violations.
• Assist in litigation and alternative dispute resolution involving IP.
• Participate in seminars and workshops as an IP expert.
• Mentor junior legal staff in IP law practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate qualification in IP law preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a legal role focusing on intellectual property
