Seeking a motivated Nurse Manager to lead our nursing department in Cape Town. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of excellent patient care, manage nursing schedules, and support staff development. Ideal candidates will have substantial clinical experience and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation is maintained for quality audits and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years' clinical experience with supervisory experience preferred
