Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist for our healthcare team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will help patients regain mobility and function through effective rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and set realistic goals.
• Administer therapy techniques to manage pain and facilitate recovery.
• Provide guidance on injury prevention and health maintenance.
• Engage in community education on health and wellness.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss clinical cases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

• Manual Therapy Techniques
• Rehabilitation Planning

• Communication
• Empathy

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with sports injuries: Knowledge in treating sports-related injuries and conditions.
• CPR and First Aid Certification: Current certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
