Job Description

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests to analyze bodily fluids, tissues, and other samples, contributing to accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests using sophisticated instruments and equipment.
• Ensure timely reporting of test results to medical staff.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lab equipment.
• Assist in the development of new laboratory procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and laboratory procedures.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
• Participate in laboratory accreditation and compliance activities.
• Provide mentorship for new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Medical Technology is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in laboratory testing and analysis
