We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Analyze and document current business processes to propose enhancements.
• Provide analytical support during project execution and post-implementation review.
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of training materials for end-users.
• Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT-related field
• MBA or relevant master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proficiency in Agile methodologies

Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Languages

Advantageous

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
