We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will design and implement cloud-based solutions that optimize operations and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and trends, alongside strong DevOps integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud projects on time.
• Assess new cloud services and make recommendations.
• Ensure high availability and security of cloud applications.
• Conduct cost analysis and optimization of cloud architecture.
• Create documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
• Mentor junior architects and developers on cloud technologies.
• Implement DevOps practices and tools in cloud strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and design
