Responsibilities

• Facilitate process mapping sessions with key stakeholders.
• Design and implement process automation solutions.
• Conduct risk assessment and management for engineering projects.
• Support the Quality Assurance team to ensure product consistency.
• Analyze supply chain performance and propose improvements.
• Explore and implement sustainable engineering practices.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and production teams.
• Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications and project proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles.
