Responsibilities

• Document and maintain design changes and updates.
• Collaborate with clients to assess project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings to align with organizational goals.
• Train junior engineers on project management protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments to mitigate project uncertainties.
• Analyze performance feedback to improve future designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of applicable engineering experience

• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
