Renovator

Job Description

As a Renovator, you will play a key role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of spaces. Your expertise in assessing client requirements and executing renovations will ensure high-quality outcomes and valuable client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation projects from initial consultation through to final completion.
• Work closely with clients to establish and adjust project scopes.
• Demonstrate leadership by effectively managing on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold company standards.
• Facilitate problem-solving for any unforeseen challenges during projects.
• Provide technical expertise and best practices for renovation techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with architects and designers to achieve project objectives.
• Evaluate and procure materials, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Keep detailed records of project costs and changes.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Formal qualification in Construction or related field is required.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in managing renovation projects.
