We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our expanding team in Port Elizabeth. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to staff and clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal functionality of IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades for efficiency.
• Ensure data backups are conducted regularly and verify restoration processes.
• Develop user manuals and training materials for IT systems.
