Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and prepare reports for client portfolios.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on in-depth financial insights.
• Lead discussions on deal structures and investment opportunities.
• Assist in the execution of transactions and the due diligence process.
• Foster and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Draft and review legal documents related to transactions.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors.
• Support business development initiatives and marketing efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
