Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies to cover all aspects of software functionality.
• Work closely with product managers to define user requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions and collect feedback.
• Monitor testing activities and ensure high levels of product quality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or IT-related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
