Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer to manage our purchasing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company obtains quality products and services at competitive prices. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full procurement cycle for goods and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Implement and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a procurement role
