HR Generalist

Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist where you will coordinate various HR initiatives and provide support to staff in their career development. A solid grasp of HR best practices and conflict management will be essential in promoting a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements and candidate selection.
• Track employee performance and initiate performance review processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with organisational goals.
• Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution.
• Assist with compliance audits and ensuring adherence to HR regulations.
• Manage staff leave and attendance records.
• Participate in HR projects and reporting as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR or Labour Relations is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field

Technical Skills

• SAP HR
• Labour Law Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Communication
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Registered HR Practitioner
• Labour Relations Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
