Job Description

Looking for a passionate Retail Store Manager to lead our Bloemfontein store. You will be responsible for coordinating the store's operations, driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in retail management

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluent in another official South African language: Ability to communicate in more than one South African language is a plus.
