Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate retail operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage staff performance and assist with career development.
• Implement and monitor store budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service are provided.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff and store performance.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Implement effective inventory control measures.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to align business objectives.
• Drive community engagement and customer relationship building.
• Report to management on retail operations and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in a retail supervisory role preferred
