Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for both existing and new products.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess user interaction and adapt designs accordingly.
• Establish and enforce design guidelines and best practices.
• Foster a user-driven design culture within the company.
• Collaboratively solve design challenges and explore different perspectives.
• Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders promptly.
• Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for alignment on projects.
• Support the development team during the implementation of design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• BTech or degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years experience in UX/UI design specifically for web and mobile applications

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
