Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative functions in Pretoria. As part of our team, your key responsibilities will involve handling data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is current and accurate. The successful candidate will have excellent typing skills and a strong understanding of data management systems. Ability to work independently and efficiently is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Digitize and organize data from paper records into electronic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data entry standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with the IT department on data migration efforts.
  • Handle any ad-hoc data projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in data management is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
