Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.

• Contribute to the development of design proposals and pitches for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Postgraduate qualification in a related field is desirable

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in architectural design and successful completion of projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Building Code Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in project management software: Experience using tools like MS Project or similar for project tracking.
