Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer who is passionate about designing and managing construction projects. In this role, you will work on diverse infrastructure projects and ensure they meet both structural and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams throughout project life cycles.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure updates are communicated efficiently.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Analyze and optimize workflows and processes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Participate in training sessions and continuing education.
• Develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management

Technical Skills

• Civil3D
• Microsoft Project

• Analytical Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• Green Building Council certification (GBCSA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
