Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Research Associate. You will oversee clinical trial operations, collaborating closely with various departments and ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of clinical research, facilitating advancements in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating materials for investigator meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor patient recruitment and retention efforts to meet enrollment goals.
• Conduct audits of clinical data and processes to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities as needed throughout the study.
• Manage escalating issues efficiently and effectively.
• Gauge study progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare for interim analyses and final study reports.
• Maintain clear communication with sponsors and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or Medicine
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Research are preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis Software (SAS)
• Clinical Trial Protocol Development

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) is preferred
• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) training is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in conducting multi-site trials: Proven track record of managing clinical trials at different sites.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning for clinical studies: Experience in managing budgets for clinical trials and understanding financial constraints.
