UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our digital products by delivering intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will be involved in all stages of the design process from user research to user testing, helping us create solutions that delight our users and drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design workshops to gather requirements and ideate solutions.
• Translate complex concepts into simple, engaging interfaces.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Design, or related field
• Certification in UX Design is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in designing user interfaces and experiences.
