Job Description

We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable Construction Project Manager. You will lead our diverse construction projects in Durban, focusing on meeting client expectations, adhering to budgets, and ensuring project milestones are achieved while promoting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and scope in collaboration with clients.
• Manage project budgets and estimates, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead regular project team meetings to discuss timelines and deliverables.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and approvals.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Implement effective communication strategies for team motivation and efficiency.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and new construction techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Additional management training preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience in the construction field, especially civil projects
